I'm still struggling with my site. Trying to find the balance and re-design my portfolio. Honestly, I have no idea about what I want to do with this site but I know that it needs some changes. While this battle goes on I'm still in the field, taking pictures. This saturday I finally made a shot of a sunrise with the sun in the frame, plus it was a great chance to test my Nikkor 16-34mm lens during daytime shooting. I made some dawn pictures before but the problem was the sun was rising behind the buildings and it was impossible to make a shot with the sun really low over the water. But now I finally made it. The post processing was made using Viveza 2, OnOne Perfect Effects and Trey Ratcliff's Lightroom 4 presets.
As I wrote in one of the previous posts Imagenomic finally released the new version of Noiseware Plugin that supports 64 bit architecture and finally it is possible to use it with the new version of Mac OS X and Photoshop. What I'd like to do is to compare the noise reduction efficiency between Lightroom 4 (the noise reduction is very good compared to version 3), Nik Software Dfine 2.0 (the one I used mostly after Noiseware 4) and Noisware 5. So I hope this review and comparison is coming soon.
